For orbital missions, propulsion systems operate under unforgiving conditions where reliability is engineered, not assumed. 

One of the most critical yet underestimated factors in mono-propellant thrusters is the 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 of the reaction-initiating material that governs ignition and performance consistency, called as ‘catalyst’.

Every design decision is backed by data generated under 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱𝘀, 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘂𝘂𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 that closely replicate space operations.

Our work focuses on 𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸𝘀 through repeatable performance, system-level redundancy thinking, and rigorous characterization across mission cycles. 

This approach and with the development of a ‘mission-defining catalyst’, it has enabled 𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁-𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝘂𝗹𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗩𝘆𝗼𝗺 𝟮𝗨) that deliver predictable thrust when and where it matters the most.
