ChandraMohan Foundation, in collaboration with CSR partners GoldenSource India Pvt. Ltd. and Loparex India Pvt. Ltd., hosted a powerful community impact event at the Bharat Ratna Gaansamragyi Lata Mangeshkar Natya Gruha Auditorium, Mira Road.

With 1,100+ attendees, the day saw:

✔️ Inauguration of Digital Boards for enhanced learning

✔️ Distribution of STEM Kits to nurture innovation

✔️ Distribution of Sanitary Napkins under Project Amodini, empowering adolescent girls with menstrual hygiene education

Empowerment Through Awareness – Day 2 of the Amodini Project!
Chandra Mohan Foundation and Loparex India Pvt. Ltd. continue their mission to promote menstrual hygiene practices through the Amodini Project. Following the impactful launch, Day 2 focused on raising awareness and breaking the myths surrounding menstruation.

Key Highlights of Day 2:
🗣️ Workshops Conducted: Interactive sessions on menstrual health, hygiene practices, and debunking taboos.
👭 Engagement: 2,529 participants, including schoolgirls and mothers, attended these workshops
📍 Coverage Areas: Khanvel, Sindoni & Mandoni
👩‍👩‍👧🧼Impact: Improved understanding of menstrual hygiene and reduced stigma among beneficiaries.

By combining access to sanitary pads with education, the Amodini Project is not just addressing physical health but also fostering confidence and dignity for young girls and their mothers.

Pads, Not Cloth – Choose Health!

Chandra Mohan Foundation in partnership with Loparex proudly implemented the Amodini Project, a CSR initiative focused on promoting menstrual hygiene and ensuring access to sanitary napkins for schoolgirls and their mothers. This initiative addresses a pressing issue in India, where many women still rely on cloth for menstrual protection, risking their health in the process.

Key Highlights of the Initiative:
📅 Date: 5th December 2024
💁 Beneficiaries: 1,046 schoolgirls (aged 11-16) and 1,492 mothers across four schools in Silvassa
🧼 Support Provided: A year’s supply of free sanitary pads distributed to each beneficiary
📍 Coverage Areas: Schools and hostels in Naroli, Silvassa, Galonda, and the Rani Durgavati Ashram
🧑‍🧑‍🧒 Volunteer Contribution: The success of this project was made possible by the dedication of 8 employee volunteers
