Education:- HSC or Above
Requirements:-
Should have experience to handle at least 15- 20 telecalles in BPO Industry
Should have knowledge or experience in to sales process to handle team
Know formulas of attrition,Shrinkage & Absenteeism
having experience to manage CRM 7 Report generation on daily, Weekly & Monthly basis
