Passageway Music’s latest release is based on the nativity of Jesus Christ, the night He was born in Bethlehem. It’s a lullaby to baby Jesus in the silence of the night in a humble manger..yes, the King of Heaven chose a stable instead of a palace to be born! When God sent the angel Gabriel with a message for Mary & Joseph, their immediate response was a simple yes, a humble obedience. It wasn’t an easy path for them to go against the tide, but they trusted God. When the baby was due, they had to move to a foreign land, they had to take shelter in a place where animals were kept, they had no help, nothing made sense but they knew the most high God who promised is faithful. And when the promise finally arrived, they had joy that was no match for their circumstances. That night is about God doing the impossible. It is the celebration of what it is to be human and holy at the same time. It marks the anniversary when hope arrived for every weary soul.

Jesus came to bind up the broken hearted, and bestow on us a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. Jesus destroyed every yoke and removed every burden from our life and gave us freedom.
