When we think of relationship red flags, we usually think of distance, fighting, or obvious toxic behavior. But the biggest one is often completely silent.
If you constantly feel anxious after talking to your partner, your nervous system is trying to tell you something. 🧠✨
It doesn’t automatically mean they are a bad person. Sometimes, it’s a mismatch in communication, unresolved past wounds, or an inconsistency that keeps you on edge. But a healthy relationship shouldn’t keep you in survival mode. It should be a safe space to communicate, repair, and grow together.
