In our professional and personal lives, modern times can make us experience these emotions every day! Often, it is not clear what we can or should do. In leadership roles, these stresses are often multiplied!

Spirituality and Philosophy, when studied properly, help us better understand the structure and purpose of life. This knowledge influences how we interpret and respond to people and events—especially difficult and problematic ones. Incomplete understanding, mixed messages of 'pop-spiritualism' and religious misinterpretations, however, often prevent us from properly using this wisdom for our benefit.

This 8-week-long online course covers key tenets of Buddhism, Vedanta, Gnosis, Sufism and Christianity, as well as physics, psychology and neurology. The ideas, lessons, meditations and practices are not theories. This is meant to be used every day, ESPECIALLY when you face difficult situations.

The goal is clear: To become happier, healthier and more successful in all aspects of life.

Manas Rath advises business, non-profit and startup leaders on strategy and building stronger organizations—and is a Reiki Master and has studied and practised Vedanta, Shamanism, Buddhism and Magnified Healing for 12 years. He was an investment banker at Avendus Capital, part of the leadership teams at Dasra and BORDA, and recently started LEAP Cities. He studied Mechanical Engineering and Management at MIT and the Sloan School of Management, has two children and a Labrador (and a wife), and lives in Mumbai.
