A new reason to smile

A 20-year-old patient presented to our practice reporting one month of anterior tooth pain. Intraoral examination revealed deep carious lesions in central incisors 11 and 21. Intraoral radiographs showed poorly performed root canal fillings completed approximately 2-3 years prior at another facility. We recommended retreatment of the root canals in teeth 11 and 21, followed by crown placement.
