Job Title: Intensivist

Department: ICU / Critical Care

Location: Mumbai & Pune

Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated & skilled Intensivists to join dedicated ICU team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient-centered care in high-acuity settings, with the ability to manage critically ill patients across a broad spectrum of medical and surgical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive critical care services to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Perform bedside procedures including intubation, central line insertion, arterial cannulation, and more
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Monitor and manage ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients
• Participate in rounds, case discussions, and decision-making with senior consultants
• Adhere to established clinical protocols, infection control policies, and patient safety standards
• Provide timely documentation, discharge summaries, and medical records
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and academic activities (if applicable)

Qualifications:
• MBBS + MD / DNB / DA in:
o General Medicine
o Anesthesia
o Respiratory Medicine
OR
• MBBS with demonstrable ICU experience
• Fellowship in Critical Care / IDCCM is a strong advantage

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Freshers to 10 years of experience in ICU / Critical Care
• Strong clinical acumen and patient management skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Passionate about critical care medicine and continuous learning
