We are pleased to share that M Mulla Associates recently advised and represented Della Resorts & Adventure in its strategic partnership with Hiranandani Communities and Krisala Developers for the launch of a first-of-its-kind, racecourse-themed luxury township in North Hinjewadi, Pune.
Our team played a key role in structuring, negotiating, and finalising the deal on behalf of Della Resorts & Adventure under its proprietary CDDMO (Conceptualisation, Design, Development, Marketing & Sales, and Operations) model.
The transaction was led by Founder and Managing Partner, Mr. Maneck Mulla and Principal Associate, Ms. Riddhi Dadia.
At the launch event of the above partnership, Mr. Mulla was also felicitated in recognition of the work undertaken by him and his team in successfully executing the transaction.
