The Clearing Corporation in this case have redulation in place but still Edelwise Who is professional broker has sold clients shares which were pledged to them.
Isnt it a responsibility of the clearing house and the professional clearing member whose pledged shares are being sold.
The Regulators have forgotten about their moral responsibility towards the poor investors, who are not able to engage big lawyers and firms when ,they had already lost the shares and are staring at big court battles ahead of them .
