It’s been quiet here for a while…

The last year forced me to slow down in ways I never had before. Between navigating hypothyroidism, borderline PCOS, and OCD, my health took priority and I stepped away from work to focus on rebuilding my body, my routines, and honestly… myself.

It wasn’t the easiest year, but it changed how I live my life in the best way. What started as a pause turned into a complete reset - learning to take care of my health, finding discipline again, and slowly building my confidence back.

A year later, I finally feel like myself again.
This feels like the start of a new chapter and I’m really excited to be stepping back into work and life with a different perspective.
