Preferred Industry – Media, Hospitality, BFSI - IT
Correspondence for & on behalf of the CEO.
Participate in Senior Management Reviews (SMRs).
To help, plan, schedule, and prioritize all business / commercial activities.
Client handling & Management.
Provide appropriate information to CEO on business related issues.
Gather and reconcile relevant data for meetings, presentation, etc.
Making necessary Travel arrangements.
Assisting the CEO in Client/Business Meet in Domestic as well as International circuit.
Calendar management, Drafting Letters ,Presentations, MOM etc.
No budget given but they are willing to pay for the right candidate.

Requirements :

4 to 8 years relevant experience .
Female with excellent people Management Skills and commanding personality.
Willing to travel to any geography within and outside India as and when required.
Strong working skills in MS Office ( PPT,Documentation,Excel)
Maintain confidentiality at all levels and communication.
