Documentation.
Ø ENS ,CAMS, AFR Filling
Ø Preparing 1st print
Ø Rate Filling
Ø Preparing Vessel Schedule
Ø Preparing the Bills of Lading draft copies in GAUS System.
Ø Checking day to day Mails, Requirements of customers, Requirements of Countries, Customs etc.
Ø Handles customer’s Amendments.
Ø Handling Auditing of B/L to reduce errors.
Ø Manifesting Bill Of Lading as per global SOP’s & customer SI, Which comes through E.D.I, GTN, E-mail & Internet.
Ø Prepare vessel closing list and input the bills before the vessel cutoff date.
Ø Make correction in B’s/L as per customer request.
Ø Update rating in B’s/L once it is final.
Ø Sending Invoice & B/L copy to the customers.
