Matisse Cake Design

Recently had lunch at Bombay Born with one of my peers/chef. (He hates social media so I'll refrain from mentioning his name). V actually meant to go to Basque but turns out they open at 5pm. (My bad, should've done my homework 😕). Call it serendipity, but v ended up . Loved the total "Bandra" vibe. Ordered a ton of stuff but I have to give a shoutout to the Burnt Garlic Prawns toast. Insanely delish 🤤. A nice fat toast. More like caramelized not toasted. Had a subtle sweetish taste to go with a perfect blend of burnt garlic, sesame and herbs. Not to mention the cheese. An absolute or should I say mast👌 try...
