Set within a masterplan in Lonavala, the project brings together 8 villas across 3 typologies, exploring varied forms of living within a single landscape. Anchored by amenities such as a gym, spa, pool, and restaurant, it is conceived as a layered residential experience.

A quiet corner of the office designed to house the mini pantry.

Positioned along the circulation corridor, the pantry was intentionally screened from direct view so that it remains functional for the team while staying visually discreet to visitors entering the workspace. This subtle separation keeps the work areas clean and uninterrupted while still allowing easy access.

The custom bar counter was designed in-house, crafted in warm veneer with a detailed panelled base that adds depth and character to the otherwise minimal palette of the office. Above, a series of vertically framed glass panels with frosted textured glass create a soft visual filter — allowing light to pass through while maintaining privacy.

A simple pendant light was chosen to keep the language restrained, complementing the warm wooden tones and highlighting the materiality of the bar counter without overwhelming the space.

Like the rest of the office, the design stays minimal, functional and honest — letting materials, proportions and light define the experience.
