Ever tried this combo Luci and Payox?

A popular tea-time snack, Tekeli Pitha or Keteli Pitha (prepared by steaming over a kettle lid) are signature rice cakes from Assam.

Rice powder, jaggery and grated coconut are mixed with hands to form a crumbly texture of a dough and then wrapped with a cloth, which is spread over a hot kettle lid for steaming.

These rice cakes resembling fluffy idlis have easily become my favourite tea accompaniment this year.
