A very special birthday cake made for a very special person. This one's our devil's chocolate cake with a very caramelly Swiss merengue buttercream frosting and hazelnut cream filling - such a lovely mix of chocolatey richness coupled with the saltiness of the frosting 😋

It's raining Petit Choux in my kitchen 😊 We tried this variation by filling our Profiteroles with whipped chocolate ganache made with the finest callebaut chocolate 😋
