Designed to give a modern feel, this duplex residence has a room that gives a theatre-like experience to the family. The dynamic and intricate forms of elements added to the space represents elegance and comfort. Also, the rooms possessed the right acoustic setting as we created them by using a lot of designs and technicalities.

Inspired by the - this home truly resonates with the term ‘trendy designs.’ Designed as a grand and space, this home has a mini theatre and a DNA-type staircase. The integration of the designs and textures further embellishes the house with a comforting, modern vibe. In addition, the living room has a visual partition in the fall ceiling, creating a sense of separation between the seating area and dining area.

This has an island cooktop, a feature not usually seen in . The kitchen is designed so that the cooking area, washing area, and storing area (refrigerator) are in a triangular arrangement, making movement while cooking easier.

The ‘Air India’ project turned out to be precisely a photocopy of how it was planned. We were awarded the task of designing the 22nd floor of the prestigious Air India building, one of the iconic landmarks in , . This 22,000 sqft was completely gutted into fire back in 2016, however, the sanction provided by the insurance company was only ⅓ rd of the loss cost, putting a budget constraints on us. A lot of value engineering at minimum expenditures was done by us to regain the glory of back to what it was known.
