Should be well versed with Photoshop, illustrator, corel draw & after effects

Other softwares will be a bonus.

Should be open minded & goal oriented & should understand the needs of the clients.

Should be able to analyse & build the brand persona with appropriate use of colours & pictures.

I'm not that fan of experience but yes I do expect the person to be passionate enough & dedicated to his/her work.
