दोस्तों नमस्कार मैं अनिल कालवानी आप लोगो के सामने एक बार फिर उपस्थित हु आपके कुछ जवाबो को लेकर आपके सामने कुछ सवाल लेकर
कुछ दिन पहले भारत में लगभग सभी स्पिक एशियन ने क्राइम पेट्रोल देखा ही होगा जो की सोनी टीवी पर आता है
कहानी सच में मार्मिक थी जीसमें एक लड़के ने कम्पनी बंद होने के चलते अपनी जान दे दी (हालाँकि नाम स्पिक एशिया नहीं टाक इंडिया दिखाया गया मगर हम जानते है की टारगेट किसे किया गया )
क्या आप लोग दिखाई गयी कहानी से पूरी तरह मुतमईन है पूरी तरह इत्तिफाक रखते है ये बात सच है जान सच में गयी पर क्या कहानी में उसकी मौत की वजह कम्पनी को बताना तथ्य पूर्ण था क्या कहानी में एक तरफ़ा सोच नहीं थी क्या कम्पनी के पक्छ को पूरी तरह से दरकिनार नहीं कर दिया गया
जैसे
1 पुलिस के अफसर को ये कहते दिखाया गया की पैसे जमा करके कम्पनी भाग गयी
गलत कम्पनी भागी नहीं बल्कि एक निजी चैनल का कम्पनी पर ऊँगली उठाने के बाद कम्पनी के अकाउंट सीज कर दिए गए जिसकी वजह से कम्पनी पेनलिस्ट को पैसे नहीं दे पा रही थी
2 कम्पनी 400 % रिटर्न कैसे दे सकती है
कम्पनी ने ये जवाब 16 मई के अपने प्रेस कांफ्रेस में दे दिया है अगर क्राइम पेट्रोल वाले चाहे तो देख सकते है
3 सबसे बड़ी हास्यास्पद बात EOW के एक अफसर ये कुछ पेपर देखकर ये कहते दिखाई दे रहे थे की ये कम्पनी तो पहली ही नजर में फ्रौड करती दिखाई दे रही है
मेरा उनसे ये पूछना है की भाई साहब जब आपकी तीखी नजर ने पहली ही नजर में कम्पनी के फ्रौड को पकड़ ही लिया है तो पिछले डेड़ साल से उसे साबित करने में या सबुत इकठ्ठा करने में समय वय्तित क्यों कर रहे हो......
दोस्तों आप सभी जानते ही हो की क्राइम पेट्रोल अपने हर एपिसोड के शुरू में
ये कहता है की ये एपिसोड सत्य घटना से प्रेरित है फिर उस दिन क्यों चुपके से कहानी को काल्पनिक करार दिया गया ..........
और अंत में EOW के एक अफसर सार्थक मेहता से कहते है क्या हमें अपने टाक इंडियन के जैसा बेवकूफ समझ रखा है क्या ......
मैं उस डायलाग लिखने वाले राईटर जी से कहना चाहूँगा की साहब बेवकूफ वो बीस लाख लोग नहीं है जिन्हें आपने टाक इंडियन का नाम दिया बेवकूफ आपके वो अफसर है जो डेड़ साल से दिन रात कम्पनी को गलत साबित करने में लगे हुए है और अभी तक कुछ साबित नहीं कर पा रहे है .........
(सनद रहे की कम्पनी के सीज खातो में पड़े पैसो का कम्पनी द्वारा जमा कराये गए 50 करोड़ का और सबसे बड़ी बात एग्जिट किये गए लोगो के पैसे वापस मिलने का जिक्र पूरी तरह से गोल कर दिया गया था)
ये मेरी प्रतिक्रिया उस आये हुए एपिसोड पर है बाकी हमें अपनी क़ानूनी प्रक्रिया पर पूरा भरोसा है

AISPA UPDATE is EXPECTED by today evening .... please be patient ....It has been 11 days since PROCESSING OF EXIT PAYMENT has been announced by SAOL ... so far nothing has gone underway .... company will release an official statement by end of this week ...for sure ... Good Luck

Processing of the Exit Option

Dear SpeakAsians,

As per the recent Order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the mediation proceedings have come to an end. However, SpeakAsia continues to stand by its commitment for releasing the payment to its panelists. It is therefore putting in motion the ex*****on of its exit policy and as an initial step, SpeakAsia will be executing the payouts for a test batch of panelists.

This exercise should take a couple of weeks as confirmation e-mails would be sent first to those panelists and then the amounts would be transferred upon receipt of confirmation. After successful ex*****on of the test batch, we will initiate the rest of the payout based on the data available with us as per the exit option. Should we face any difficulties in executing the payouts, we will then approach the concerned authorities to seek remedial solutions. We will also keep all of you posted on the developments as it happens.

We thank you for the patience shown till date and request you to kindly bear with us as we execute this new effort of ours.

Dear SpeakAsians,

In furtherance to our earlier communication and also to bring more clarity to the subject please find below the course of action as being decided by the company:-

1) Whilst waiting for the Order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court to be made available to us, we would like to repeat and reiterate that payments to panelists opting out under the EXIT option remain the utmost priority for the Company.

2) At this stage, particularly since mediation process could not be completed, the Company would now take necessary legal steps to remit the payments to the panelists directly.

3) The Company is also in the process of approaching concerned Government authorities for seeking possession of the Panelist database in order to authenticate the information.

4) The Company would also approach the banks and RBI for the purpose of remittance of payments. An ascertainment date about disbursement will be provided once above formalities are done with.

5) In the meantime, the Company would also await Speaking Order from RBI which has to be passed by RBI by September 27, 2012 as per the Order of Bombay High Court and take appropriate steps as per the same.

The company has been fighting its battle for survival for more than a year’s period and at this stage, your cooperation and patience in this battle is highly appreciated. We would urge the same deliberation from all of you for times to come.

With all the efforts in line we are bound to overcome the difficult times.

स्पीक एशिया ने दोहराया, हम वापस आएंगे
नेशनल न्यूज ब्यूरो। स्पीक एशिया की कार्पोरेट मार्केटिंग टीम ने एक बार फिर दोहराया है कि हम वापस आएंगे और हम सभी मामलों को निपटाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं। आज पेनलिस्ट के नाम जारी एक पत्र में स्पीक एशिया की कर्पोरेट मार्केटिंग टीम ने यह तो नहीं बताया कि न्यायालय में सोलोमन जेम्स मामले में निर्णय क्या हुआ, परंतु यह जरुर कहा कि हम सभी गतिरोधों को दूर करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं और फिर से कारोबार शुरू करने के लिए उत्सुक हैं।

इस पत्र में यह भी लिखा गया है कि जिन लोगों ने अपना सदस्यता शुल्क वापस मांगा है उन्हें हम उनका शुल्क वापस करेंगे। इस पत्र में यह भी लिखा है कि हम हालात को हल करने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ेंगे।

अब यह वाकई वचनबद्धता है या एक बार फिर उठ रहे विरोध और मिल रहीं एफआईआर की धमकियों को रोकने के लिए कोरा आश्वासन यह तो वक्त ही बताएगा !

Aispa Update
The Aispa application came up for hearing in front of the Bench of Hon'ble Justice Radhakrishnan and Hon'ble Justice Deepak Mishra . The detailed update of the hearing will be available by tomorrow evening .
The highlight of the hearing was that the court was of the opinion that as the company has stated through an affidavit in the Hon'ble SC that it wishes to pay all pending dues so there is no need of any criminal investigations. Prima Facie the Court's mood was in our favour and sensing the mood of the court the EOW Mumbai asked for one months time to file an affidavit. and the court was pleased to grant them time till 19/09/12 . It appears that the stay on investigation shall continue
