 Surveying about new Property on Site & ensuring about Area, Rates, and discounts.
 Meetings with developer for the Quotation of Rates for Flats / Apartment.
 Cold Calling
 Lead Generation
 Provide details about flats, apartments in areas & Budgets to Clients.
 Fixing appointments for demos for Site Visiting with Customers
 Convincing customers & Perform outbound activities such as lead follow-up

• Desired Skills and Experience:
 EXCELLENT IN COMMUNICATION.
 Ability to influence through consultative selling Exposure in real estate
 Experience of generating leads.

• Salary: Rs.15000 to 25000 p.m+ Petrol Allowance+ Incentive
