What does inclusion really mean when disabled people are still pushed into institutions, segregated spaces, and systems that decide for them?
At Project Ability Empowerment, experts, lawyers, academics, and disability rights advocates from National Law Universities came together to discuss the implementation gaps within the RPwD Act, especially around deinstitutionalisation, autonomy, legal capacity, and the right to live within communities with dignity.
Because disability rights cannot stop at policy documents. They must reach homes, schools, streets, courts, and everyday life.
