Taking a moment to share a refreshing experience for our Girl Leaders and our team. This week, we visited four Google India offices in Mumbai, Gurgaon, Pune and Hyderabad, where our girls spent time with Googlers in their natural workspace, a place many young people aspire to be.

For the girls, it was a chance to speak up, share their journeys and feel heard in a new environment. And for us, it was powerful to see Googlers listen with care, ask thoughtful questions and write letters of courage that acknowledged each girl’s determination to keep playing and challenging the norms around them.

We are deeply grateful to every team that helped us bring these sessions to life and to all the Googlers who took the time to meet, interact and connect with our young leaders. 💛⚽️💌
