Christmas will not be complete without Roasted Turkey & Eggnog...with gravy , wild rice and red skin potato salad. My most loved year ending dinner :-) really tough to cook in perfection, time and patience and of course a special grandma's recipe from New England......

I just got the prevelage to create baked samosa for a firm in Gurgaon.
It came out awesome :-) golden baked, crisp and crunchy crust with mouth watering filling of Indian authentic gobi matar and potato and peanuts. The menu will be baked samosas with gourmet fillings of flavours from around the world.

Created a awesome cancassa sauce as condiment to slow baked mushroom stuffed chicken steak.
Roma tomato with a touch of ripened cherry blanched with fresh basil, then simmered with spices for hours in low heat then sizzled with fresh rosemary and crushed pepper and roasted garlic with a dash of bitter and blush wine.
