DSS is proud to be associated with the specialized Hands-on Training Workshop on Advanced Fluorescence Microscopy Techniques & Image Analysis, organized by the Department of Biotechnology at Indian Institute of Technology Madras and the DST-FIST Advanced Bioimaging Facility, in collaboration with the India BioImaging Consortium, held from May 18-20, 2026.

Evident Imaging Senior Expert Dr. Ganesh Kadasoor and our imaging expert Shiva Prasad, delivered sessions on the fundamentals of Widefield, Confocal, FRAP, and FRET microscopy techniques to a close-knit community of researchers and professionals from academia and industry working across biosciences, bioengineering, biomedical & medical sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, and allied fields.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the organizing team, especially Dr. Shantanu Pradhan, for their support and efforts in making the workshop a success.

The workshop served as an excellent forum for knowledge exchange, hands-on learning, and advancing imaging expertise for next-generation research applications.

Successfully completed a 2-Day Hands-on Training on MLPA Assay of MRC Holland at AIIMS Bhubaneswar from 12th-13th May 2026, along with Kamlesh Swain.

The training covered MLPA workflow, practical wet lab ex*****on, clinical applications, and hands-on training on Coffalyser software for data analysis, interpretation, and troubleshooting.

Kudos to our Application Specialist, Sohini Chatterjee, for successfully conducting and supporting the training session.
