ईडी, पटना जोनल कार्यालय ने पीएमएलए, 2002 के तहत भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण (एनएचएआई), पटना, बिहार के तत्कालीन उप महाप्रबंधक (डीजीएम) प्रभांशु शेखर द्वारा भ्रष्टाचार करके अपने व अपने परिवार के सदस्यों के नाम पर अर्जित की गई लगभग 2.85 करोड़ रुपये की अचल संपत्तियों (जिसमें बिहार और दिल्ली में फ्लैट व भूमि शामिल हैं) तथा चल संपत्तियों (जिसमें बैंक बैलेंस, सोने और चांदी के गहने और इंश्योरेंस पॉलिसी में निवेश शामिल हैं) को अनंतिम रूप से कुर्क कर लिया है।

ED, Kolkata Zonal Office has provisionally attached immovable properties i.e., land parcels, commercial spaces, Flats and Villas worth Rs. 56.50 Crore, in the SSC Scam (Group C & D Staff) of West Bengal, held in the name of the companies/LLPs of Prasanna Kumar Roy and his associates. The total attachment in the recruitment scam cases stands at Rs. 609.9 Crore.

ED, Cochin has filed a Prosecution Complaint (PC) on 26.03.2025 before the Hon’ble Special Court (PMLA), Ernakulam ED/CBI Court CBI-II against K Babu, former Minister for Excise, Fisheries and Ports, Government of Kerala under the PMLA, 2002. The Hon’ble Court has taken cognizance of the PC on 29.03.2025.

ED, Bhopal has provisionally attached movable and immovable assets worth Rs. 4.68 Crore belonging to Late Umesh Kumar Gandhi (then DIG Jail, Bhopal) and family members/ associates under the provisions of PMLA, 2002 in relation to the case of amassment of Disproportionate Assets.

ED, Kolkata has provisionally attached immovable properties i.e. land parcels worth Rs. 46.13 Lakh, in the Group ‘C’ & ‘D’ Staff Recruitment Scam in state of West Bengal, held in the name of Chandan Mondal and his wife.
