We’re Hiring: Team Lead – Business Development (EdTech)

We are expanding our sales team and hiring Team Leads – Business Development who can drive revenue growth, lead high-performing sales teams, and contribute with full dedication to building skilledUp.

Positions: Bulk Hiring
Salary: ₹4 LPA – ₹10 LPA (Based on CTC & Interview)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Work Mode: WFH for 6 months (then WFH/Hybrid/WFO as per requirement)
Joining: Immediate / As per schedule

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & mentor a team of BDEs (10–30 members)
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Track performance & conduct review meetings
- Build effective sales strategies
- Manage leads, follow-ups & pipelines (Excel/Sheets/CRM)
- Collaborate with marketing & operations teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in BD/Inside Sales (EdTech advantage)
- Strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills
- Target-driven, fast-paced work mindset
