Job Responsibilities:-
1. The job requires to manage a wealth of HNI clients by suggesting different asset classes
like Mutual funds, PMS, AIF, Corporate Fixed Deposits, Bonds , Peer to Peer Lending
and Insurance.
2. To facilitate the sales process, it will be important to understand the client requirements
in terms of financial goals, risk tolerance and time horizon of planned investments.
3. Clients will be provided with a plan of investments and then ex*****on to be facilitated on
client confirmation through technology (App/Web).
4. The person will have full ownership from initial conversation with a prospective/existing
client to conversion.
5. The person should have passion for meeting & interacting with clients.
Ideal Candidate:
● 5-8 year of experience and good understanding of investment products described above
● Good Command over written and spoken English and Hindi. Knowledge of any other
Indian language will be an added advantage.
● Proficient in use of emails, MS Office, Google tools like Sheet, Doc, Meet etc.
● Likes to interact with people by meeting or by engaging digitally.
● Willing to work in a performance oriented organization
Should have either NISM - Series V-A certification or Certified Financial Planners (CFP)

● Presenting the product and all features to customers at events such as conferences and seminars
● Achieve Sales & Service targets within schedule for Lab Quest Instrument Division
● Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of customers to meet their needs
● Conducting in-depth product demonstrations of products/services
● Negotiating contract terms
● Troubleshooting client problem
● Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship
● Communicating customer requirements to product management team
● Providing advanced training and support for the sales team
● Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and marketing qualified lead
● Expedite the resolution of customer problems & complaints to satisfaction

Professional Qualifications:-
● B Sc or M Sc in Chemistry/Biochemistry/ Biotechnology

Experiences:-
