Responsible for directly sourcing home loans ranging from 5 lacs to 30 lacs from customers in the local area with a rate of interest not less than 15%



Job Responsibilities

Understanding of product, customer segment, market realities
Understanding of USP of India Shelter
Proficient in selling home loan products
Building relationships with connectors to take references for sourcing loans
Building relationships with potential customers and translating it to business outcomes
Understanding of the documentation process and following it religiously
Submission of completed and non-delinquent applications
Sanctioning and Disbursement of files per month as per monthly Target assigned.
