Lulu Mall Coming To Noida Soon, MoU for the Rs. 2550 Crore megaproject was inked.

For the upcoming Lulu Hypermarket in Noida, pre-project preparation and land-acquisition discussions are now under progress.

Noida: The LuLu Group, a combination of hypermarket and hotel chains, intends to invest more than Rs 2500 crores in the construction of a new mall in Greater Noida. A land parcel in Greater Noida Sector 108 has been identified by the group, and pre-project administrative work is already in progress.

The announcement was made by Noida Authority OSD Avinash Tripathi, who also announced that "The UAE-based Lulu Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the opening of a mall in Noida" totaling Rs. 2500 crore.

According to the present proposal, the mall will have, among other things, outlets for more than 300 local and international brands, 15 multiplex theatres with Imax, a multi-cuisine food court with space for 3,000, and a massive multi-level parking complex. The complex will also have a five-star hotel project.

Budget 2023-2024: Affordable Housing Remains In Focus.

As Finance Minister (FM) Nirmala Sitharaman allocated the necessary funds and increased the number of beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), affordable housing received a significant boost in the previous Budget. The FM announced additional policies in support of its cause in the most recent financial bill, advancing the cause of affordable housing. PMAY remained a highlight of the Union Budget 2023–2024, with a massive allocation of funds, serving as a beacon of hope. Additionally, it is anticipated that the announced personal income tax reforms will assist individuals in realizing their dream of owning a home.
