The 'Election Committee' for STAOA is acting with total dishonesty, to keep expired BOM in power.
Despite clear decision by All HC in Windsor Case to hold full BOM election annually, they have carved out false pretexts to postpone elections for infinite period.
A mischievous Writ Petition, in collusion with expired BOM, has been filed in Allahabad HC for directions to give effect to unregistered, discredited amended bye laws of 2018, with ulterior motive.
When the petition was listed before the Bench, none appeared for Petitioner deliberately.
Despite that there is no stay in it, the election committee, hand in gloves with the expired BOM, has sought pretext in it, to postpone the elections.
This is apparent office grab by a handful, with full connivance of few others, including those in the election committee appointed by the expired BOM.
We must protest against this blatant grab of esteemed STAOA office and injustice!
