Profile: Grievance Executive
Salary: Between 23 k to 30 k
Location: Sector 63, Noida
Department: Grievance

Responsibilities:

 Drafting and sharing mails.
 Handling a team of 2 – 3 Executives
 Handling Client’s queries & concerns and record them in a database.
 Resolve queries and concerns on priority.
 Follow up with Senior to ensure queries resolution is advancing in a timely manner and using
a fair process.
 Update all information in the database regularly.
 Review Calls regularly and close them out when appropriate.
 Monitor any resolutions to grievances to ensure they are implemented.

Requirements:

 Must be Graduate/Post Graduate in marketing.
 Excellent Communication Skills with a pleasant personality
