At Setu, we seek blessings from Mother Earth and pray for a greener, healthier, and more sustainable planet for all living beings. On Earth Day 2026, our schools came together with great enthusiasm to celebrate and spread awareness about environmental conservation.
At Sadarpur School and Centre for People with Special Needs, the day was marked with engaging and meaningful activities. A thought-provoking Nukkad Natak on the theme βOur Power Our Planetβ was performed by students, while younger children enjoyed a storytelling session. A poster-making competition for students encouraged creativity and environmental awareness.
At Habibpur School, students participated in activities such as a skit highlighting environmental issues, plantation of saplings to promote greenery, and a painting competition to express ideas on saving the Earth.
Similarly, Nithari School celebrated the day with a special assembly, including a presentation on the Aravalli Range and an inspiring speech on environmental protection. Students of of Preparatory classes presented a dance and drama emphasizing the importance of water and sunlight for plant growth. A Nukkad Natak was performed both in school and in the community, followed by a plantation drive.
A plantation drive was also held at the Centre for People with Special Needs, promoting a sense of responsibility towards nature. The celebration also included a special Earth Day pledge during assembly, where students and staff committed to protecting the environment and adopting sustainable practices.
