Alarm surveillance Engineer responsible for Alarm monitoring of Routers & Access network in U2000 & NMS
• Network Monitoring for Alarms for all Network Elements of IMS Core network
• Reacting at the right time to the service affecting issues
• Assign the Trouble Ticket for outage alarm with in SLA
• Report generation and KPI monitoring of Core Network
• Understands AM main interfaces including: Field Operations
• Manages/ Uses the Alarm Management processes and tools to detect, Assign the problems in line with Operator/other SLAs and internal SLA
• Tracking incidents and anomalies
• The role will involve work in the Network Operations Centre on a 24x7 shift Rota basis
• Opening trouble tickets from network alarms or external fault reports, escalating trouble tickets, both technical and management.
• Closure of faults by Resolution SMS
• Supports end-end support, coordination and control of assigned Trouble Tickets
• Ensures Operator Customer Care is fully updated for service affecting outages
Eligibility Criteria:
• Education ---Graduate Engineer / Diploma (Electronics, Electronics & Telecom, Computers)
• Certifications - CCNA, CCNP (Preferable)
• SALARY : 2.0L to 2.8 L Per Annum.
