Job Description :
1. Identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research.
2. Selling different services of IT Globalizer to Corporate and business houses.
3. New client acquisition and help them understand the various online solutions available with the business.
4. Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
5. Assessing client requirements and then customizing recruitment solutions/packages as per their needs
6. Creating database of prospective clients and validating the information by understanding the requirements and proposing the right solutions.
7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with all potential and existing clients
