Amrapali Crystal Homes, Noida: Buyers protest against builder

Amrapali Crystal Home buyers have been harassed a lot by the builder and are loosing all hope in the system against this loot by Amrapali Builders.

Hundred of buyers of Amrapali Crystal Homes, a residential project in Sector 76, Noida, held a protest against the builder at the project site today, 2nd April.

The buyers alleged that the builder had stopped construction work for the last two years without any justifiable reason. They also demanded an exact date of possession — and if the builder failed to provide one, the owners wanted their money to be refunded.

The buyers had booked flats in 2012, and given 70 per cent of the price.

Pranay Sinha, a buyer, told City Spidey, “The officials of Amrapali Crystal Homes are not ready to meet us. We are fed up with the builder, and if they cannot start construction of all the seven towers, we will initiate legal action against them.”

With the change of regime in Uttar Pradesh, the buyers are now pinning great hope on our dynamic chief Minister Yogi Aditya Nath Ji and Noida MLA Pankaj Singh ji to help them get justice.
