Job Description:

Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.

Conduct in-house testing and inspection to deem product of suitable quality standard.

Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions and prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.

Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.

Collect & compile statistical quality data and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.

Candidate Requirement:

5 years in Quality Assurance and Quality Control area of textile products.
Must be familiar with home furnishing products.

Must be able to plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.

Knowledge of Textile Dying / Printing, Embroidery, Stitching & Finishing.

Knowledgeable of product quality standard, textile material, auditing, testing experience, QA and compliance of relevant regulatory requirements.

Knowledge of AQL 2.5 Major / 4.0 Minor is Must.

Must have Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases.

Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA.
