Their uniqueness needs to be pampered, giving them right career paths, suitable subject and stream selection based on their abilities.
Rather than stepping back or transferring our responsibilities to some technology or money making institution, lean in and provide vital coaching as a parent and be the part of their journey. Know their true potential, inherent quality, uniqueness and make this stage perfect to build their character and confidence.
