​As a Life Coach and Founder, maine ek baat seekhi hai: Har waqt strong dikhna zaroori nahi hai. Kabhi-kabhi thak jana, tension mein hona, ya confuse rehna bilkul normal hai.

​✅ Take a Pause: Pura din mobile par rehne ke bajaye, din mein sirf 10 minute kuch mat karein. Bilkul shant baithein.
âś… Check in on Loved Ones: Apne partner, bache ya dost se sirf ye mat puchein ki wo kaise hain, balki dhyan se unki baatein suniye. Unhe judge mat karein.
âś… Set Boundaries: Har kaam ko 'Yes' bolna band karein. Agar aap thake hain, toh rest lijiye. burnout koi 'success' ki nishani nahi hai.

​Purane trauma ya dukh ko bhulane ka.
