Use your compassion, wit to create joy and spread it around, even if it feels false or fabricated, doesn’t matter. Celebration is the only way to move ahead and beat the odds. If you feel life is giving you pain, others are giving you pain, give them celebrations, celebrating life is the only way to liberate from life.

Give life back its own medicine. Beat your blues by celebrating. Out of the blue, stuck in the mess of life, choose to celebrate by throwing a dinner, going out for a group movie, have a get-together of old friends. In the middle of chaos, have a singing, dancing or improvisation session.

Fun, laughter, love are your choices, none of life’s miseries can take it away.
