In FMSF’s Leadership Development Program, another residential workshop focused on leadership competencies and behaviour change through self-work.

Five days of sitting with questions that don’t have easy answers.
Of listening a little more closely to others, and to ourselves.

Some shifts were visible.
Others quieter, harder to name, but just as real.

Participants didn’t just learn about leadership, they experienced it.
From understanding what drives our decisions to engaging with value creation and stakeholder dynamics, each session added a new layer of awareness.

What stays is not only what was explored in the room,
but what quietly travels with us beyond it.
