Job description-:

•You must have an experience in bidding on odesk, elance, guru, people per hour, etc

•Creating customized presentations.

•Candidate needs to generate business through bids over portals like Elance, odesk, etc.

•Building and maintaining client relationships.

•Negotiating contract rates.

•Developing a growing understanding of our technology, and keeping up with industry developments.

•Reporting on sales progress and attainment of goals.

•Communication with cross-function support teams.

•Working hours will be flexible.

•Excellent Verbal and written communication.

•Writing proposals and making presentations if required

•Maintain healthy pipeline of prospect and meeting targets on regular bases

•Need to interact with global clients over phone/skype etc

•Responsible to handle complete sales cycle from lead generation till after sales support

•Interaction and explaining sessions for project requirement to technical team/BA team

Requirements:-

•Looking for Expert Online Bidding Manager.Should have experience in bidding on elance, guru, odesk etc.

•Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Business development

•Should be involved in B2B activities

•Good technical knowledge related to site and mobile app development.

•Excellent written and spoken Communication skills are highly preferred.
