I always end up my sessions with our "Recognise your Friend" activity. And it is quite overwhelming to get this from your trainees.

This activity makes them change their focus from negative to positive traits in the other person.

Trump has always been found wearing a wide, long bright red colored tie dangling below his belt (a faux pas).

But what does it signify?
Red ties have been known as Power Ties since ancient times. Red color signifies aggressiveness, power, attention grabbing, wealth, strength, authority, dominance, and passion. By wearing a red tie you are implying that you mean business.

Trump chooses to wear red to also create a contrast with his age, so that he is not taken for granted.

Trump also chooses red as it matches his personal color to create more impact through his face (Known as art of balancing color and clothes)
