Role Overview : We’re hiring a Company Secretary & Legal Manager who will anchor all secretarial compliance and legal responsibilities. This is a key leadership role that works directly with the senior management and Board of Directors to ensure the organization functions with the highest standards of regulatory and legal integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013 (as a Section 8 company).
✔ Conducted board and committee meetings, drafted minutes and resolutions, and maintained statutory registers.
✔ Draft, review, and manage legal agreements, MoUs, and contracts with partners, vendors, and government bodies along with our legal firm.
✔ Set up and Manage the POSH FRAMEWORK.
✔ Manage intellectual property filings, data privacy frameworks, and cyber law compliance in alignment with tech-first mandates.
✔ Coordinate with regulators, external legal counsel, and auditors.
✔ Contribute to internal policy formulation and ethical frameworks.

Minimum Qualification:
✔ Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) and Law Graduate (LLB).
✔ 10+ years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in a tech-driven company.

✔ Hands-on experience in handling POSH regulations.
