👇1. Structural cracks - ( In beams ,columns & Slab)it develops due to foundation settlement poor design or insufficient reinforcement, Overloading, Extra floors Poor water cement ratio

👇2. Non structural cracks ( in wall plaster & Near doors windows )
. It develops due to shrinkage of plaster
. Temperature changes ( Expansion or contraction)
. Poor curing or Low quality materials.

. Mainly developd in roof and walls due to Leakage from roof bathroom or pipes
