Seven years ago, Bombil started with a simple intention to serve honest Goan food that felt comforting, familiar and unforgettable 🙌

What began as a small dream slowly became a journey built on authenticity, freshness, consistency and love served through every plate. From our thalis to our wood-fire sorak curries, every dish has always carried one purpose to give our guests an experience they would keep coming back for 💛

The journey wasn’t always easy. We had barely begun when the pandemic hit, but even during uncertain times, we kept going, kept cooking and kept believing in what Bombil stood for. In fact, those days became a turning point in shaping the soul of Bombil and introducing our wood-fire cooking.

Over the years, we’ve constantly worked on improving, evolving and staying true to the flavours that define us.

None of this would have been possible without Chef Jaya, whose magic in the kitchen brings every flavour to life, and our incredible team who stood by us, trusted the process and gave their all every single day.

And most importantly, to every guest who supported us, believed in us and kept coming back to savour our food thank you. Bombil is what it is today because of all of you ✨

Today, as we complete 7 years and step into our 8th year, we celebrate this beautiful journey with immense gratitude, love and pride 🌼
