*Position:

*Salary: 25k to 30k*

*Locations:* Jalna, Maharashtra

*Eligibility:* 5+ year experience in relevant field.

*Education:*
BTech(Food Tech)/UG or PG in Food Science , Chemistry , Microbiology /MBA Operations

*Role: for LAB HEAD*

• Manage laboratory staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures in compliance with industry regulations and best
practices
• Conduct experiments and analyse samples to ensure product quality and safety
• Develop and implement new testing methods to improve product quality and safety
• Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, and ensure that they are properly calibrated and maintained
• Collaborate with other departments, such as production and quality assurance, to ensure that laboratory activities
are integrated into overall factory operations
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, including results, procedures, and protocols
• Keep up to date with new developments in food safety and quality control, and make recommendations for
improvements to laboratory operations

*Role: For PLANT MANAGER*

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance and efficiency.
• Ensure that all plant operations are carried out in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, safety
standards, and company policies.
• Lead and motivate a team of supervisors and production workers to meet production targets and quality
standards.
• Monitor plant performance through regular analysis of production data and KPIs, and take corrective action
where necessary.
• Manage the maintenance and repair of plant equipment, ensuring that downtime is minimized and maintenance
schedules are adhered to.
• Develop and manage the plant budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and profitability is maximized.
• Work with the quality control team to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations, and that any
issues are promptly addressed.
• Oversee logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory
agencies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and cost savings.
