১৯শে মে ১৯৬১ সালের একাদশ ভাষা শহীদ দিবস (Bhasha Shahid Divas) বাংলা ভাষার ইতিহাসে এক অত্যন্ত গৌরবময়, আবেগঘন এবং রক্তক্ষয়ী অধ্যায়। আসামের বরাক উপত্যকার (বিশেষ করে শিলচর, করিমগঞ্জ ও হাইলাকান্দি) মানুষ তাঁদের মাতৃভাষা বাংলার মর্যাদা রক্ষার জন্য যে অভূতপূর্ব আন্দোলন করেছিলেন, ১৯শে মে তার চূড়ান্ত ও ঐতিহাসিক দিন।

মাতৃভাষার জন্য প্রাণ উৎসর্গকারী সেই এগারো জন অমর শহীদ হলেন:

Subject: Admission Schedule for Higher Secondary (HS) 1st Year (Session 2026-27)

This is to inform all concerned students and guardians that the admission process for Higher Secondary 1st Year (Arts & Science) for the academic session 2026-27 is currently underway.

Following the selection process conducted via the DARPAN Portal, selected / Admission completed students are hereby directed to complete their final admission formalities as per the schedule provided below:

Final Date for Physical Verification & Admission: 11, 12 & 13 May 2026.

Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Required Documents for Admission :
Candidates must produce the following documents with one set of self-attested photocopies:

HSLC Marksheet, Admit Card
Provisional Certificate/ Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last school attended.

Caste Certificate / PwD Certificate (if applicable).

Ration Card/ Income Certificate
Aadhaar Card
PEN No.
Aapaar ID No.
