A gym is a place where different types of people come with various goals, diverse physical and mental capacities, and, most importantly, different life stresses and thoughts. Real life is not the same for everyone; for some, life is good and enjoyable, while for others, it is challenging.

What is happening in a person's life is important for their physical and mental growth. Positive thoughts boost a person's energy levels and create the right environment for growth, while negative thoughts and struggles can drain energy, making them feel low and lose the desire to live fully.

There are many people in the world who are going through difficult times in life, yet still do not don't give up show shows every day. Similarly, in In gym, also one can some individuals lifting the lifting weights, appearing stronger, stronger others lift lifting lighter weights seem looks weaker.

Not everyone who lifts the heaviest weights in the gym is the strongest, and someone lifting lighter weights is not necessarily weaker. The strongest person in the gym is the one who carries the heaviest burdens in their mind yet still shows up, gives 100%, and never gives up.

Lifting the heaviest weights is not always a symbol of strength. Sometimes, the strongest person in the gym is the one who bears the heaviest burden in life yet continues to show up, stay present with others, and never give up.

Thank you.

I love this quote from Muhammad Ali, the greatest boxer of all time: "The will must be stronger than the skill. truly resonates with my life and with all those who are struggling and refusing to give up. Muhammad Ali's life itself is an example to the whole world of how he faced various battles, whether in the boxing ring or standing against injustice. Through his willpower, he demonstrated his greatness not only in the ring but also in real life. A true legend this world will never forget.

After my brain injury, as I was trying to return to life, I had lost nearly every skill—physical, mental, and social. I was unable to move or think as I had before the injury. Every real-life skill I possessed prior to the injury was gone, but one thing remained: the power of will.

With my willpower, I managed to overcome all the barriers that came across me after my injury. It was hard to continue my studies and rejoin college after a year, but I did it and graduated with distinction.

When I first stepped into the gym, it was difficult to lift even a five-pound dumbbell because I was neither skilled after the injury nor strong enough to lift. However, with strong willpower and a never-give-up attitude, I overcame every barrier, and now I can proudly lift over two hundred pounds in the deadlift.

I have managed to overcome every barrier in my life because my willpower was stronger than my skills, and I had a constant desire to see myself improve day after day. This quote by Muhammad Ali is my favorite and suits my life very well.

Thank you.

Life is full of various uncertainties and challenges. It never follows a straight path; rather, its course is like ripples on the ocean. In difficult situations, we should remain patient, stay courageous, and keep moving forward. We should never complain about our circumstances or feel the need to explain them to others.

We should avoid complaining and offering justifications; instead, we should act with stoic resolve and let our actions speak for themselves. Complaining makes one appear weak, while constant explanations can be seen as attempts to garner sympathy and also appear weak.

As a brain injury survivor who at times lost all hope of living life again and endured the toughest battles with both physical and mental challenges, I have never complained about my situation nor explained my condition to anyone. I always felt that complaining would be unjust to my Lord, who gave me a second chance at life. Additionally, I refrained from explaining my condition to others because I believed that doing so would make me appear weak and dependent on others for happiness.

In all difficult situations, we must keep our courage high, avoid complaining about the circumstances, and refrain from explaining ourselves to others. Instead, we should focus on finding solutions to problems rather than dwelling on grievances. Complaining consumes energy that could be better used for positive actions, and explaining things to others may distract you from putting in the effort needed to overcome your challenges.

So, never complain and never explain.

A physically strong body has many advantages over one that is weak and fragile. A strong body absorbs most of the physical shocks and challenges we encounter in daily life, and if it does experience any, it fights back effectively.

At the time of my brain injury, I was young, and my strength and athleticism were at their peak. The injury presented many physical challenges, and I felt completely lost physically.

Before the injury, I was strong, which helped me fight back against the condition and physical loss caused by the injury. Although the physical loss was significant, I still retained some strength and athleticism to recover and come back to life.

If I was physically weak before the injury, it is likely that my body failed to absorb the shock and succumbed to the injury. However, my body was strong enough to fight back, and I succeeded in overcoming all my physical challenges.

Physical strength is a key characteristic of the human body. Only a strong body can overcome the physical challenges that life presents, and it never gives up easily; it fights back.

Thank you.

Human life is full of all kinds of uncertainty. Sometimes it moves very smoothly, but sometimes it has to pass through rough patches and hardships. Those who stay strong and fight with courage win the battle and those who fail to show strength and courage lose it.

But not all the storms or hardship come to destroy our lives and break our strength and courage. Some come to clear our path and make us stronger also.

Some storms come into our lives to clear obstacles from our path, and it is easy for us to travel and reach our destination. Every hardship in life does not mean that it comes to break our morals and destroy life, but some come to make us stronger so that we will be able to tackle any hardship that will come into our lives in the future.

We humans must show courage under all circumstances when any hardship comes into our lives and fight it with strength and patience.

Not all storms come to destroy our lives, some come on a clear path also.

Thanks.
