आज इतने अनुभवी, सशक्त और inspiring women leaders के साथ मंच साझा करके
मैंने अपनी Revival Footwear Services की journey बताई—
और यह भी कि कैसे एक rare उद्योग (Shoe Care & Cobbler Upliftment) को
मैंने बिहार में एक Women-Friendly Livelihood Model में बदल दिया।
मैंने हिजाब में बैठकर ये साबित किया—
कि सपनों का कोई dress-code नहीं होता।
अगर नीयत और मेहनत साफ हो तो
हर महिला leadership में खड़ी हो सकती है।
आज की चर्चा में जो सबसे खूबसूरत बात महसूस हुई—
वो यह कि बिहार की महिलाएँ अब केवल सुनने नहीं आतीं,
वे बोलने, सीखने और बदलने आई हैं।
